Virgil Abloh Archive
Virgil Abloh Archive preserves and shares the creative work of Virgil Abloh across fashion, design, music and art — stewarded to keep his open-source philosophy of building on ideas in public alive for future generations. Its printed publishing program, The Virgil Reader, compiles interviews, features and archival materials as editioned volumes on quality paper.
Volume 001 is the Archive’s inaugural edition — 256 pages reprinting foundational interviews and features from 032c, System, Hypebeast, Kaleidoscope, GQ Style, Real Review, The Business of Fashion, i-D, Flash Art and Wallpaper* in their original layouts, with a foreword by i-D editor Thom Bettridge. The paperback ships in a hand-stamped jacket on an archival data-sheet cover listing the volume’s table of contents, a first edition of 2,000 copies, and Chicago edition credits.
